Water in your home? We’ll take it from here.
Water ingress can be stressful, especially when you’re not sure where the water is coming from or what needs to be done to fix it.
We can help with the whole process — from finding the source of the problem and understanding why it is happening, through to recommending the right repair and making sure the work is properly carried out.
We explain what we find in plain, straightforward language, so you understand the problem, your options and what needs to happen next. Where further investigation or specialist work is needed, we’ll explain why and help guide you through it.
No jargon. No guesswork. No unnecessary work.
Just clear advice, practical solutions and someone making sure the problem is properly understood and dealt with.
It starts with a simple conversation. Give us a call or send us a message, and we'll listen. Tell us what you've noticed — a damp smell, a patch on the wall, water where it shouldn't be — and we'll ask the right questions to understand what's going on. There's no pressure and no obligation at this stage. It's simply a chance for you to explain the problem in your own words, and for us to tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
Next, one of our specialists visits your home and carries out a full, careful inspection. We don't just look at where the water is showing up — we track it back to where it's actually coming from, because the visible patch is rarely the real problem. We check everywhere it could be hiding, using our experience and proper equipment, and we take our time. When we're done, we'll sit down with you and explain what we found in plain English, with photos, so you can actually see it for yourself.
After the inspection, we put everything in writing. You'll receive a clear report explaining what the problem is, what caused it, and exactly what needs to be done to fix it properly — a document we call the specification. Think of it as the recipe your repair will follow: it sets out the right materials, the right method, and the right standard of work, so nothing is left to chance. It's yours to keep, it's written so you can understand every word, and it protects you — if anyone ever suggests work "outside the plan", you'll know to ask why.
If you go ahead with us, you won't be passed around between different people or left chasing contractors yourself. You'll have one dedicated project manager who looks after your job from start to finish. They organise the materials, coordinate the installers, keep the work on schedule, and keep you informed along the way — in language you understand, not technical jargon. Got a question or a worry? You make one phone call, and it gets answered.
We never assume the work is done properly just because someone says so. Our quality checks are carried out by our own team — people who weren't the ones doing the installation — and they happen at the moments that matter most, including before anything gets covered up behind walls or floors. That's when hidden mistakes are cheapest to fix, and we make sure there are none to find. The work is checked against the written specification, line by line. If something isn't right, it gets put right before we move on.
Only when every check has passed do we formally sign the job off. That's our written confirmation that the work meets the specification in full — your proof that it was done properly, not just finished. You'll receive that sign-off document to keep, and it's what activates the guarantees that protect your home going forward. From there, you can get on with enjoying your home, dry in every sense: diagnosed correctly, fixed to a written standard, checked independently, and signed off responsibly.
