Below-ground waterproofing is often one of the least well understood parts of a project, yet it is also one of the areas where failures can have the greatest impact on programme, cost, remediation, and client confidence. Our sessions are intended to close that gap by providing a clear step-by-step framework that combines the principles of BS 8102:2022 with the current New Zealand Building Code and relevant AS/NZS standards, helping teams better understand how waterproofing decisions should be approached, coordinated, documented, and carried through consent and construction.
